About The Bear Den
Our Story
We visited Waco in 2021 to tour Baylor University with our son. After spending just a short amount of time here, we quickly found a strong sense of community. When he was accepted, and we visited two more times prior to his enrollment, we immediately knew we wanted to establish roots in this wonderful area. With so much to see, so much to do, the friendly people... we decided to purchase a home, and share it with others, when we are not here ourselves.
Our Property
Our Hewitt Bear Den is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bath one-story home with 1800 square feet of spacious living, with a partially covered back patio, covered front porch, and large fenced back yard. Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, the Bear Den is just one minute from I-35. In just 8 minutes you’ll be at Baylor and the Silos. Within 2-3 minutes there are several restaurants to choose from. This is the perfect place for your family Baylor stay, for a Magnolia getaway with your friends, or if you are in the area and in need of a Waco corporate rental.
